During these sessions, you’ll not only improve your fitness but also tone your muscles. Bungee workouts are a new sensation, highly successful worldwide, and attracting an ever-growing number of enthusiasts. During these sessions, you’ll be secured to special elastic ropes and strapped into a harness, making the class suitable even for complete beginners with no prior sports experience. The sessions cater to anyone looking to shed weight through enjoyable exercise. With the elasticity of the ropes, the workouts accommodate all age and weight ranges. Each session is tailored to the individual client based on their abilities and knowledge. Moreover, in our sports club, you’ll always be under the guidance of Slovakia’s most experienced and professional acrobats. The sessions are designed not only to get you moving but also to teach you something new, unconventional, and, most importantly, to ensure you have fun and feel great about pushing your limits.
General Information
Who can enroll:
- Adults regardless of prior sports experience. For beginners, no prior experience with acrobatics or any other sport is necessary. We tailor the classes so that everyone can participate.
- All children aged 13 and above, provided they can follow the coach’s instructions (if a child understands positive sportsmanship, can maintain attention and discipline during training – then even a younger child can participate in training. We handle each such request individually).
