During these sessions, you’ll not only improve your fitness but also tone your muscles. Bungee workouts are a new sensation, highly successful worldwide, and attracting an ever-growing number of enthusiasts. During these sessions, you’ll be secured to special elastic ropes and strapped into a harness, making the class suitable even for complete beginners with no prior sports experience. The sessions cater to anyone looking to shed weight through enjoyable exercise. With the elasticity of the ropes, the workouts accommodate all age and weight ranges. Each session is tailored to the individual client based on their abilities and knowledge. Moreover, in our sports club, you’ll always be under the guidance of Slovakia’s most experienced and professional acrobats. The sessions are designed not only to get you moving but also to teach you something new, unconventional, and, most importantly, to ensure you have fun and feel great about pushing your limits.


General Information

Who can enroll:

  • Adults regardless of prior sports experience. For beginners, no prior experience with acrobatics or any other sport is necessary. We tailor the classes so that everyone can participate.
  • All children aged 13 and above, provided they can follow the coach’s instructions (if a child understands positive sportsmanship, can maintain attention and discipline during training – then even a younger child can participate in training. We handle each such request individually).

If you’re interested in more intensive training, you can purchase additional courses allowing for more frequent sessions each week. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us; our instructors will gladly advise you on which class is right for you.


In each course, we learn to combine elements into sequences. Each course offers sequences tailored precisely to performance levels, whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. The course outcome is mastering sequences with smooth transitions, correct technique, and presentation. Registration for courses opens two weeks before their start in the registration section. If the course has already begun, you can still register via email. By enrolling for the entire course, you’ll receive a discounted price.

Would you like to try bungee classes completely commitment-free? Do you have irregular working hours? Would you like to bring a friend to try our classes? For those who prefer not to commit to a full course, we offer one-time entries completely free of commitment. Registration in advance is required for a single entry to the class. Without prior registration, participation in the class will not be possible.

Private class

Is it not suitable for you to train in a group or the dates of our group lessons? Try a private lesson, which we adapt to each client according to his time possibilities and sports knowledge. During the private lesson, we provide the individual approach of the coach and the exclusivity of the studio only for the client. In case of your interest, you can also arrange a private lesson for two or more clients at the same time.
